This month I am crushing on the work of Danish graphic designer, Kristina Krogh. Kristina founded her studio in Copenhagen back in 2012 and specialises in graphic and product design. Taking inspiration from her daily life, Kristina creates extraordinary pieces featuring interesting geometric shapes, contrasts, bold and pale colours and gorgeous textures.
"In my work I'm fascinated by different materials and their surfaces which can either be cold, warm, soft, hard, heavy or light. I think the strong mix of theses exclusive and cheap textual materials such as marble, ply, wood, cork and paper is an interesting and unexpected combination that I love."

Este mês estou apaixonada pelo trabalho da designer Dinamarquesa, Kristina Krogh. A Kristina fundou o seu estúdio em Copenhaga em 2012 especializando-se em design gráfico e de produtos. Partindo da sua maior fonte de inspiração, a vida quotidiana, Kristina cria peças extraordinárias caracterizadas por formas geométricas, contrastes e texturas interessantes em cores fortes e suaves.
"No meu trabalho sinto-me fascinada por diferentes materiais e as suas superfícies que podem ser frias, quentes, suaves, duras, pesadas ou leves. Penso que a associação de materiais nobres com materiais pobres tais como o mármore, contraplacado, madeira, cortiça e papel torna-se numa interessante e e inesperada combinação que eu adoro."
